Return Policy:-
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
We follow a no-questions-asked return policy — your reason is your own. If you’re
within the 7-day window, you qualify.
You can place a return request directly from your Order History on our website. No
calls, no approvals — just click and return.
We take care of return shipping costs, so you don’t have to worry about packaging
or courier charges.
All returns are processed within 7 to 10 business days of your request.
This policy applies to all standard products sold through our website. If there are any
exceptions (e.g., clearance or customized items), they’ll be clearly mentioned on the
product page.
Refund Policy:-
We aim to make refunds as easy and efficient as your shopping experience.
Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10
business days.
If you paid online (UPI, card, net banking), your refund will be sent to the original
payment method.
If you opted for Cash on Delivery, we’ll ask for your bank account details after you
initiate the return. Your refund will then be transferred directly to your bank
account.
Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation Policy:-
If you change your mind before your order ships, you can cancel it — no problem.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t
been shipped yet.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — but you can sell
return the product after receiving it, as per our return policy.
